Homemade Pie Crust
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt (I use Pink Himalayan salt)
1 cup chilled and diced butter
1/2 cup ice water
*Use full amount of ingredients for double crust or half for only bottom crust.
1. In standing mixture (or by hand) mix flour and salt in medium bowl. Add butter, then water. mix until fully combined.
2. Lightly flour surface and roll out dough with rolling pin.
3. Place crust in 9 inch pie pan.
4. Bake until crust is golden.
