Easter Bunny Cake

How I prepared it


2 1/2 cups sifted flour

3 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon salt (Pink Himalayan salt)

1 1/2 cups sugar

1 cup milk

1/2 cup softened butter

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 eggs 

coconut, raisins, food coloring, etc.


3/4 cup softened butter

6 cups powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

dash of salt

5 tablespoons milk

Combine flour, baking soda, salt, and sugar in medium bowl. Sift all dry ingredients into a standing mixer(or by hand) with milk. Mix in butter, vanilla, and eggs. Pour batter into two round 9 inch cake pans. Bake for 25 minutes. Cool cake, remove from pans and cut one cake like diagram above. To make  icing, in standing mixer whip all ingredients together. Set cake up and ice. Color coconut green to place around bunny. Add face with desired ingredients and decorate.
